Flooring
Installation of choice materials. Hardwood, Enginered, LVP, Laminate, Cork, Tile, Carpet. Subfloor repair and leveling if required.
Medallions
We start by creating and designing your own personal, one of a kind medallion. Choose the species of wood, color, and pattern.
Specialty floors
We provide custom upgrades like borders, herringbone, brick pattern and chevron for a truly unique hardwood floor.
stairs
We provide installation of Skirting, Caps, Treads and Risers in many colors, species and finishes.
subfloor repair
We provide if needed a full leveling of your concrete substrate. which may include grinding and pouring leveling concrete. For your wood substrate we can repair joists and subfloor.
demolition
We provide the removal and demolition of existing floors. Such as Tile, Carpet, Hardwood, Vinyl, Cabinets, Interior walls, Doors, Trim and Baseboard.
doors and trimwork
We provide the installation of Doors, Casing and Baseboard. We remove and replace old trim or install new Trim. Stain and seal included.
interior painting
We can also provide hands on rolled painting. We do not spray coat. Ceilings, Walls, Baseboard and Casing.

Meeting
Set up your one on one meeting with Tommy, discuss what you envision for your space. Whether you need something unique or water resistant. Get proper measurements for the space to be remodeled.
Design Concept
Should you desire flexibility to change your mind about the color of the floor? Is the space a bit more wet? Like a bathroom. These are important factors for your space upgrades. Go over what types of materials are possible, advantages and colors.
Installation
Once your scheduled for this exciting home or business upgrade, Tommy will be busy at work. Demolition of old surfaces, prepping the substrate if needed, bringing the big tools to get the job done right.
